Publications Ontario Service Update
What is happening?
Publications Ontario will no longer be accepting credit card payments over the phone through the ServiceOntario contact centre.
When?
This new policy change will be effective Monday, July 1, 2024.
Why?
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the security and efficiency of our payment processes, this decision has been made to better protect your personal and financial information in compliance with the latest security standards.
How will this affect me?
We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition. We encourage you to use our online store for faster checkouts, easy tracking of orders and to receive email notifications. If you have not yet set up an online account, please register for one.
